If he works at it, I think Sapp has a chance to make a niche for himself, probably as a defensive stopper. Gesell has definitely established himself as the man to beat at PG. I'm really hoping TD makes an impact on the rotation because we need his quickness and I already like his vocal leadership. If Sapp gets some good minutes, he will have earned them. That can't help but be a good thing for the team.Glad he's staying, and I hope he gets a legitimate chance to beat out MG for playing time. He brings a lot to the floor and when he plays with confidence, he's fun to watch.
It certainly helps that his dad has his head on straight. The guys ahead of your are playing better is reality. Too many parents tell their kid he's getting a raw deal, should be starting, should transfer, etc.
