Clayborn opts out of the Senior Bowl.

I'm 99.99999% certain Clayborn played injured....I even heard from somebody that originally they were not sure he would be available for MSU right after the Wisconsin game ended. I am fairly sure he played hurt.

Brilliant move. Like others, I believe he played injured for much of the season. He needs to use his reputation to his advantage and run well at the combine.

It wasn't a crackback block it was a dive at AC's knees. They were going after his lower legs the whole time.

At least he got mad about it, and went after the scumsucker. I think it was the left guard who did it, not Carimi.

I hate Wisconsin, always have hated Wisconsin, never cheer for Wisconsin and never will after that crap.

I was about 5 rows up down there in the North End Zone... I was so mad I wanted to charge the field. That was about as dirty as it can get.

The writer of the article calls it a "poor decision" but it seems as though several top players are skipping this game. I would say it is a decision based on your perceived stock in the draft. Clayborn is still considered a first round pick, but what if he got injured and weren't able to participate at full strength or participate at all in the NFL combine because he got injured, that might be a poorer decision yet. Sounds like he's taking a Kirk Ferentz kind of approach and playing it safe, let's hope he makes good on that bet.

He has been hurt all year. Not the just the Wisky game... Nobody is saying, kind of like Drew Tate's senior year. Although a lot of people knew about that injury...nobody said S about it.
AC is probably sitting still and only doing workouts that he can do, those exercises that will no affect on his recovery of the leg muscle injury. He needs to do nothing for several months and get the leg back. He will have a fine NFL career.
