MN never had a team to be in contention for the West all season. They beat NO ONE. Heck even the Hawks beat a pair of ranked teams to close the season and beat MN when they were probably starting to play at their WORST.

I didn't watch the end of the game, but at one point late in the game, Leidner had more completions to Wisconsin (4) than he had to his own receivers (2) in the second half. The Gophers unraveling in the second half was inevitable.
