I am not a big 49er fan but they are fun to watch with Kittle and back when CJ was starting. They had Mabin for awhile. CJ got thrust into duty down by 11 after QB Mullen threw a really bad pick 6, his second INT. He was playing great going 14 for his first 15. Granted it was against a somewhat softer Dee but CJ led them on a tough TD drive. Sometimes it can be hard to get a TD when that prevent Dee turns into tough Dee in the red zone.
Kittle had another big game with 15 catches on 15 targets for 183 yards and a TD. That is a first down per catch avg.
It would be neat to see CJ get a better 2nd string spot on another team and a good shot at starting because there are some lowly teams out there. I am sure he also likes where he is at in many ways. Garrapolo gets hurt a lot and with Mostert out they are banking more on the passing game.
