I think it’s because our three losses have come down to the wire and could have went either way. Also, there are 5 three loss teams ahead of us, so there’s a lot of parity.

There are only a couple of other 3 loss teams with better resumes. We don't have any bad losses either. ISU lost to TCU who may not even make a bowl game.

This cannot be true. I was told that Iowa was terrible and was going to have a tough time getting bowl elegible next year even though they return the majority of their team.

This is sad. Iowa is likely the best team in the West, but did not play like it consistently enough to make it to the BTT game. That is what this rating says along with parity across the country.

It's been an odd year for sure. The parity aspect is interesting. It seems like it's Bama, Clemson, 4-5 more teams, then a total crapshoot from there.

I also like all the people who say that our half of the conference is shit.

Our half of the conference was undefeated in bowl games last year.

In fact Michigan, who blew a big second half lead, was the only team on either side of the conference to lose a bowl game.

But carry on "fans". Let's post another comment about how there's nothing to play for, or how our recruiting momentum is shot because one Ohio kid might flip to his state's school.
