Shurna rules. he's going to be such a tough matchup for us.
When the spartans get non-b10 refs (tourny) they will be in for a surprise. They get away with mugging people in conference...constantly holding, two hands to the torso, grabbing, reaching, undercutting. You name it. But, since they are MSU and Izzo is their coach, the refs let it go.

Negatory. Prolly would have rolled up if the Hawks game wasn't back to back with this one. Who was the prole who said the 'Cats were gonna lose by 20?
Middle of the B10 is fairly decent this year, but homer officiating always helps. Iowa must beat NU twice this year if we want to get to .500 in conference.

One could look at Izzo as though he should have tempered the Spartans Tuesday night, instead of playing the payback game making amends for the humiliating slapdown we handed them last season at Carver.....
