The whispers are starting to grow louder at Iowa City.
"Some wonder with Iowa losing 11 games over the past two seasons -- including twice at lowly Minnesota -- if the program is beginning to unravel under Ferentz," Pat Harty of the Iowa City Press Register wrote.
"Others say things have become stale after 13 seasons under Ferentz. The 2012 recruiting class says otherwise on paper."
Iowa currently awaits all of the official letters of intent from its 2012 class. The team appears to have assembled a solid class with six four-star recruits. But, one of the school's top verbal commitments is waffling.
"OL Alex Kozan committed to Iowa Sunday but is still considering Auburn," Mike Farrell of Rivals.com tweeted.
Kozan, a four-star lineman from Highlands Ranch, Colorado, is set to announce his decision at noon. His decision will reflect on Ferentz and his future at Iowa. -Brent Sobleski
Kirk is a god, but is his seat going to start getting hot?
Edit: sorry for posting it in recruiting.
