Cannot get into HN Forum

this morning I cannot get into the paid for forum. Has my subscription run out or do you need a current credit card? There is no information provided ast o why I don’t have premium access today after many years of paying for it. Please respond with how to get back on.

I am locked out too. Noticed today that my credit card was charged but I am locked out of HN extra.

I did not go in and renew.

If credit cards are going to be charged auto-renew style then accounts should not be getting locked out.
