Can Iowa still get to 15 wins?

Think they can beat PSU at home (12) and NW at home (13) and maybe pull off a shocker on the road or at home once more for 14 wins. Going to be tough to get to 15 but even 12, 13 or 14 wins is improvement over last year.

Yes they can. I have no idea if they will, but we've got a team full of competitors, and they've turned it around in the span of a handful of games before.
 
Said this in another thread but if you can predict what this team will do then book a flight to Vegas cuz I sure as hell can't. I think they could win their next four games. Will they? Probably not.
 
Yes, maybe even 16, Iowa has had some matchup issues, but that should be turning in the last few minus Ind/Ill.
NW is a team that is scary with their 3-pt shooting ability though.

I agree... There are some teams that Iowa just does not match up well against at this point. The team's Iowa does match up well against still require Iowa to execute well as the Nebraska game showed.

I was thinking Iowa would win 16-17 games this year. They essentially have 10 games left to do this. That is 9 regular season games and at least one game in the Big 10 tournament.

I agree. And I've never heard anyone refer to the mildcats as scary. 'Scary' just doesn't come to mind with Northwestern, but I like it.
 
And to think, this time last week we had a dozen "How does Iowa make the tournament?" threads.

Why isn't anyone here as smart as I am?
 
When NW beat MSU last week, they showed they can be dangerous.

It will come down to teams likeIU, Wisky,Minny,NW,PSU ect having some tough shooting nites....if they do, we win. Anyone that rules out Iowa beating any of those teams as a possibility will eat their words. Anyone that says Iowa cannot beat Minny and Wisky have short memories. Both are playing better,but it only takes a nite of bad shooting to change that.
Can Iowa get to 15? Who knows?
