I didnt realize Jim Caldwell went to Iowa. 4 year starter at DB in the late 70s and it said he was an assitant at Iowa as well. That would most likely have been under Fry right? Add another coach to his tree

He didn't play at Iowa under Fry he graduated in 1977.

I posted this in the game thread, but Tom Moore also played and coached at Iowa. He was a player on the 59 Rose Bowl team and coached in 61-62.

He was a grad asst. for 1 year at Iowa in 1977. Hayden arrived in 1979.. He then left for Southern Illinois to be their Wide Receiver Coach.

1993-2000 Wake Forest- Head Coach

cant believe you guys didnt know this already, Tom Moore their offensive coordinator played for iowa in the also and was a graduate assistant.
