My proprietary model has him ranked as the best ever to get under center for the Hawkeyes. I haven't been this optimistic bince Jake Christensen signed.
We getting 2 yrs out of him? I sure hope so but what if he does have a monster yr might the NFL be possible? He's certainly on the smaller side and not of the prototypical size they like but Murray and just Young last yr smashed that ceiling. If you're good you're good. If he completes 65% of his throws for 30 Tds and 5 picks or so at lowly ole Iowa and has Iowa in top 10 making noise all yr long. (if they upset PSU I'd be curious where that puts us at that point) He could be one and done. And I wouldn't complain about it at all.

The guy better not shirk on us in a critical moment in the Poulan Weedeater Bowl. That's all I ask for.
Yeah I was pretty stoked when JC signed too along with that class... Another kid that fooled me was Hogan. When he committed to us I thought he might really be something. But he never even got higher then 3rd on the depth chart before KF all but ran him off.
Those would be Stanzi senior year numbers right there (or rather, what he was on track for before he lost his interior OL).
