I guess they're not a developmental program. Hot shots who don't dig in and compete and grow. Why would a coach say publicly that he does not have 'competitive depth' at many positions? Seems like that would be demeaning to the players further down the depth charts. This, taken all together makes me pleased with THE WAY Ferentz runs his programs. Yes we'd like to see more star power. At the same time, KF does it right.

Depends on the coach. HF used to be pretty blunt (no names though) about weaknesses.
