The outtage that just occurred was due to a processing program we had made a change to, had to do with apache. We had installed Litespeed when we went with the new server provider, and then he found something with Apache that performed faster than Litespeed under testing...so we made a switch...then this morning for reasons yet to be determined, the server loads shot through the roof...so we are pulling it back to Litespeed.
So this was due to our tinkering to try to get every ounce of speed out of the site..and what is most refreshing is the web host was already working on this problem before I even called him.
