While I lived in New Jersey in 2008, I had an opportunity to discover a high school offensive lineman at a private school in Edison, NJ named Brandon Vitabile.
His film was as impressive as any I had seen since Jeff Byers in the Class of 2005. I had hoped Iowa would evaluate Brandon because I believe they would have found him to be another undiscovered gem.
Brandon is now a redshirt freshman at Northwestern, and is listed as their starting offensive center. It will not be long before he's mentioned amongst the best offensive lineman in the Big Ten.
