I've heard a few people on other podcasts say the same. But most people are saying PSU wins a low scoring unwatchable game.
Each time this game came up (podcasts listed below) they chuckle / groan or make a snide comment about IOWA, there is a clear reputation - and that reputation is that Iowa has no offense.
