Hawkeye fans need to persevere, tough weekend for the good guys
Last year the football team had no expectations and played like the old cardiac cards and shocked the world with a orange bowl victory, this year with huge expectations the hawks have lost the close ones and are trying to salvage the season with the best team on their schedule coming to town on Sr. day!
I am so fired up for Fran and a new style of play but it may take longer than we hoped, truth be told a South Dakota team may have as much talent if not more than we do, everyone said they shot well but we need Big Ten athletes that can control the game on both ends of the floor. Teams dont shoot well against msu, because they are just rying to survive, Fran and staff have proven they can coach and turn around programs BUT this is the big ten where you have to be able to recruit top 100 players consistently to win.
