Maybe, if all the games are played. With the virus that we are all tired of dealing with [but it ain't tired of us!], we can't predict with any certainty if/when more games will be canceled or deeply affected [unexpected upsets due to key players/coaches out]. At this point, any team can win their division with the help of the virus. With this screwy 2020 season, we gotta think outside the box, no matter how bizarre it seems.
