But this one WAS a biggie...something the team can build on for next year. It has been a long drought for the Hawks in post season BB play. Sure, this wasn't an NCAA tournament game, but you couldn't tell it by the loudness of the crowd and intensity of the players.
This game was significant in that it is likely the first giant step towards regular NCAA berths in the future under Fran.
