Of the starting pgs in the Big10, where does Cartwright rank?

Cartwright dead last out of every one. Including bench players.

Just curious, is this the reason we struggle? We have seen Gatens, Marble, White, and Brommer to the NBA threads and the PG position no love. Just wanted to know if this is the missing link?
