This Indiana NC schedule is frickin' pathetic:

INDIANA

Towson: 2-9
Western Kentucky: 0-12
Akron: 3-9
Arkansas State: 4-8

Combined record: 9-38 (.191)
FCS schools: 1
BCS member schools: 0
Top 25: 0
Bowl teams: 0

Did some numbers on the Big 10 as a whole. Here they are for your enjoyment:
The Big 10 will take on a total of 9 different BCS schools in non-conference play.

The conference will play 15 different teams that played in a 2009-10 bowl game.

The conference will also host 10 FCS teams.

The conference will play four teams ranked in the Top 25 - USC, Central Michigan, Miami and Alabama.

Overall, non-con teams put up a 269-251 record in 2009-10. FBS teams posted a 217-190 mark. The FCS teams have a combined record of 51-61 for 2009-10.

Three teams, Ball State (Iowa, Purdue), Northern Illinois (Illinois, Minnesota) and Notre Dame (Michigan, Michigan State, Purdue) will play multiple times against the Big 10.

The MAC is once again the most represented conference with Akron, Ball State, Bowling Green, Central Michigan, Eastern Michigan, Kent State, Northern Illinois, Ohio, Temple and Toldeo all on Big 10 schedules.

IU has to play that type of schedule for a chance at a small bowl and that is current goal at Indiana University.
