Big Ten Network Cust Serv Phone Number??

Does anybody have a phone number for Customer Service for the BTN??? Or an eMail address?? I'd like to contact them somehow and let them know they screwed up.

Good luck getting a straight answer from them. We were having issues with the football picture quality last year. It was so bad at times you could only listen to the call of the game. The BTN would blame the local cable company. Then the local cable company would blame the BTN. The night of the Michigan State game last year was a nightmare. I read on numerous message boards that people in multiple states were having the same problem. So much for blaming the local cable companies.

Hmmm. Don't remember any problems with the MSU game down here on AT&T U-verse last year. Direct TV hosed up this years MSU game down here so bad that it was never shown. Again, no problems for me and somebody at Direct TV screwed up another game last year for those of us down here. The sports bars have to get ticked off at that since it costs them lots of money in lost revenue from people leaving.

I'd bet you would be better off sending them, and your tv provider, an email. If you try and call them you'll most likely end up getting Peggy.

I didn't have any trouble with the MSU game either.. In fact, I can't remember having picture quality trouble for any game. I'm with Verizon Fios and seem to have had pretty good luck with them so far.

Nevertheless, yeah, good luck getting to talk to anybody at the BTN Customer Service Center who isn't just reading from a s cript. Customer service in a nutshell.
