Big Ten is just not very good

Watched a bit of Ohio State Nebraska. How can a defense be that mediocre with all those 4 and 5 star players?? Remember when we were drooling over possibility of getting Hilliard at LB He sits on the bench on a team that struggles to play defense. Actually Nebraska has some playmakers they just cant get it done up front (and their on side kick needs help)

Penn State is not a top 25 team. Wisconsin is maybe above average. Iowa is above average but just knows how to lose So who is good?

Michigan is clearly the best team at this point Very good defensively But still not a great offensive team Higdon is decent but not a great back Ill bet they are glad he flipped though. Decent QB At least one fine receiver but all in all not a great offensive team

Like I said the Big Ten is not a good conference overall and has really only 1 legitimate top 10 team. Considering how many team there are in the big ten thats not good

Maybe none of this matters as everyone is playing for second Alabama has taken the suspense out of college football

No we arent!! That is silly, Iowa better than Illinois, Rutgers, Minny, Nebby, Maryland, Indiana, Better than 6 teams

and Iowa even with PU, PSU, MSU, Wisky, maybe OSU, and jNW Even with 6 teams

Not far off Michigan becuase our defense can hold their offense and likewise
 
We won't be better than Nebby for long. They get a defense and look out. Our defense would not hold this Michigan offense either lol. They have 3 quarterbacks that are better than any qb on our roster. That is what Michigan was missing. Michigan's defense is far better than ours. I don't think we'd score more than 7 points on them, as Stanley would shit himself the entire game. Michigan will dominate the conference for the foreseeable future. Meyer sucks as a coach, so we better hope he stays at OSU. If they get a good coach, look out.
 
I think the B1G has maybe the most parity in cfb. But I actually think it's one of the best, as a whole.

Based on what I've seen around cfb, all conferences are extremely top heavy....there's AL, Clem, GA....then a really big gap...then Mich, ND, OK....then the next 20-30 or so teams.

I might be wrong.

Yep. What conference IS good this year?

SEC, probably, but lots of overrated teams. Supposedly good Florida just got hammered by Misery. And Kentucky was highly rated mostly because they beat that Florida team. Did anybody think they were gonna hang w/ UGA?

Who's the 2nd best team in the ACC?

Who's the best team in the P12? If Wazu is your best team, you're not in the "best conference" discussion.

B12 is a bunch of no-defense pretenders. As usual.
 
Right. The ESS EEE CEEE PAWWWWWL is so bloody good that...oh...they've already decided their conference title game a month out because none of the other teams can carry Georgia's or Alabama's jock strap. Clemson might be mediocre, but there's no way to know because they haven't played a team with a pulse and won't until they make the playoffs. The B12 and P12 are irrelevant. At least the B1G is interesting.

It starts at the top. The teams that seem to be overachieving have the coaches that are in their prime. The others have either passed their welcome or were never good in the first place.

This. Look at the PAC-12 South. Look at 4-10 in the Big 12. The B1G West.......it is a shit show all across college football.
 
That that shit show of the west just went toe to toe with big shot Notre Dame. Oh my how the west sucks. Come on people the west doesn't suck. You all have been brainwashed into thinking that. The B1G is a very good conference. Remember Maryland beat Texas. Lol The esecpn conference has Alabama period! The little 12 has OU and just about lost to TT last night. The Pac 12 well is the pac 12. Clemson in the ACC well is just riding along on their name. The B1G beats thye crap out of each other during the season and sure the cream rises but it's a brutal conference. Michigan is looking to be the best and I hope they get a chance to play Alabama in the first round so Bama doesn't reach the Championship game. Just because the Hawks have screwed up the season pick your lip up off the ground and at least back your conference!
