Lot of negative comments on here. Brands has to go? Bring in Mark Perry? Nick Moore thrown under the bus?

Come on People it may not have been pretty but the wrestlers are CHAMPIONS as a team. Give them some love already! If you knew what injuries Nick Moore is dealing with you would say a thing bad about him. He has had a lot of turmoil in his career yes. But not everyone can be an AA at the D1 level!

Mike Kelly and Nick Moore just earned Wildcards to Nationals. Lets hope they can score a few points and go out fighting to end! All ten Hawks are going to NCAA's and have a great shot at a title. Its time to get behind this team Hawkeyenation! Best of luck to our Champion Hawkeyes!

I'm with you turkey. Nobody wants to share a title and I doubt our boys are accepting their performance as good enough. I'm sure they are more disappointed than we'll know and are grinding it out in the lab as we speak. Got to put this one behind us, realize we got some work to do because there are no shared national titles, and be ready to go out like the champions these kids can be in St Louis. Go Hawks!

1/2 point in the bigs from a kid that should be AA material - and iowa wins - but noooooooo! he saves his best efforts for some useless 9th place? Kelly looked to try very hard - but Nick sleeping at Night Moore slept in during the most important matches of the season. Too late to keep complaining on the confidence thing and once he gets it he will be top 3. He will be 2 and done at the ncaas = zero points.
