Big Ten Championship Game

The SEC made $14.3 million from the SEC Championship Game. Assuming that the Big Ten would get at least $15 million for for a Big Ten Championship Game, that almost takes care of adding the 12th team's cut of the pie, and that is without adding a single TV market to the BTN or increasing advertisment rates on the BTN.

So while I would love to have ND be the 12th, I am fine adding Nebby and being done with it (for this week anyway).

Plus this could be used to entice Notre Dame and keep NBC in the fold. Give them the broadcast rights to the game.

My guess is it will be either/or/both Ford Field in Detroit and Lucas Oil in Indy.
