That is 3 years out of 17. And you blow up the conference rivalries for that? What really stuck out to me was Wisconsin appearing in the Championship game 4 times. You can make the arguement that Wisconsin is the 4th best team and PSU the 5th best over that time period.

My bad, 4 times is right. I gave them the tie since they went to the Rose and won.

So PSU and Wisc would have made the Championship game 4 times each.
