Big 10 games today

Illinois and Indiana think they're on a playground somewhere. The coaches and refs might as well leave and make it a call your own game. This sure looks like 3 wins for the Hawks...watching these 2 teams play today and previously.

Wow that was brutal..After watching this game, It would be disappointing if we didn't go 3-0. Even though we haven't won at Illinois since like 1987, we can't lose that them.

Tim Doyle has Marble as 3rd in the running for B1G Player of the Year. Just mentioned it during the Nebraska-Minnesota halftime show.

The Huskers look like a tourney team when they play at home. Not so much anywhere away from home. They might be tougher to beat on their home court than Illinois will be this year (not that I'm taking that game for granted)

If things continue as they have been recently, every team will be tougher to beat on their home floor than Illinois. They have been pitiful lately.

"Call your own game" used to be acceptable until the likes of Bo Ryan and Tom Izzo came into the league.

Right now it's looking like...

1 - Michigan
2 - Michigan State & Iowa
4 - Wisconsin

I don't think this is how it will end but as of today this seems reasonable.

Yep, and 5- Minnesota and Ohio State, and everyone else is NIT or worse.

Yeah, it's looking like the Big 10 is a 6 bid conference this year. Indiana and Purdue should be locks for the NIT. Illinois should make it but look like they could lose every game the rest of the year right now...won't but sure look like they could

Nebraska has a good shot at the NIT. They are currently 1 game over .500. Their only loss at home this season was to Michigan and they should have won that game. Their only remaining home game against any of the top 6 is Wisconsin in the last game of the year...Senior night. Their remaining road games include NW and Illinois. They could go into the BTT at 17-13.

A bit early to say (would like to see the full first 1/2 of conf season first), but here is how I see it

1)Mich/Iowa/MSU (UM leg up but any order here)
4)WI
5)OSU
6)Minnesota
7-12) The rest who cares

Minney had better get back their top guy or they will keep losing. OSU, much as I'd hate to see it, will pick it up at some point.
