If, hypothetically speaking, you received a cease and desist letter from counsel purporting to represent the University of Iowa demanding that you, among other things, discontinue further contact with Gary Barta, would you interpret that to mean that it applies to all future ADs as well?
I think as long as you don't send a photo of any body parts and keep it clean you will be ok

Dear Beth,
I hope you and your family can get together to sit around the fire, admiring the Christmas tree, while exchanging gifts, eating a great dinner, having a variety of cookies, possibly some made from recipes that have been handed down from previous generations. Please don't forget the reason for the season, though, and celebrate the birth of Santa Claus.

Not a damn chance.
Hypothetically, if they wanted it to apply to all future ADs, they would have demanded that you discontinue further contact with the University of Iowa AD rather than just naming him.
It's almost like an invitation to contact ADs not named Gary Barta.
