There has been a lot of criticism of the coaching staff the last few weeks and sometimes it's hard to fathom that the coaches are just as emotionally vested, if not more so, then we are in the game. Watching that video and the interaction between Kirk and Norm tugs at you a little.

I'd wager that the coaches are just a tad more emotionally invested than joe fan.
