Can someone please put up a screen shot of Ben's nose coming off the field after that hit. If that wasn't a broken nose, nothing is!
And the dude comes back in the game! He's more hockey player than football player.

Anybody that follows the steelers closely, the local pittsburgh media knows Ben is a bit of a hypochrondriac, but that wasn't a nose bleed, that was a broken nose. That was nasty i give him credit for coming back in and playing.

That's called a deviated septum (aka broken nose). I've been there. Just have to pull it back over into place.

If that was Peyton Manning, Ngata would have gotten a 15 yard penalty (when the refs saw blood well after the conclusion of the play), a 6 figure fine and suspended even though it was just a normal hit.

ive done that 4 times and never got it fixed. finally had to have my septum straightened out on the inside but insurance wouldnt cover the outside.

The guy that "hit" him got fined 15k. I think that is BS for an incidental hit when there are so many intentional ones that only get fined that or less. I can't see how you fine a guy for that.

Why even have your hands up in the region of the helmet/face mask where it becomes very easy to draw a 15-yard penalty and/or fine? I'm just sayin...

I've got a deviated septum but my nose looks great so I'm loathe to screw with it.
