They didn't help themselves a whole lot in the draft but they didn't have much of a chance to. I think Major Wright could see the field; at least he adds depth at safety which is a major concern for the Bears.
I was hoping they might try and get some help on their o-line. They have two solid rb's, a potentially solid qb, but they don't have anyone to protect and block for them.
They need to pick up a couple of FA linemen or they are going to get destroyed in their conference. The other North division teams all have very good d-lines now, which doesn't bode well for the Bears.
I think it's going to be a long season.
