I was reading the thread on this site when Aaron White committed to Iowa (just thought it'd be fun to see what everyone thought about it at the time and was surprised at the positivity) and noticed this post from you regarding Fran's ability to recruit and coach players who play good "D".


"Brasky - "teaching" it and "preaching" it are two totally different concepts. Time will tell. I have a few stories from the recruting world that I'll keep to myself that make me say what I'm saying and make me just a little hesitant about jumping totally on the band wagon and believing what we hope will indeed happen"-BasketballMan.

I was wondering if now that we are 3 years into Fran's tenure and 30% through White's career if you could come out and explain what it is you knew about Fran's recruiting?

Great idea Siouxboy. I've been thinking about changing it for some time now, possibly to something like "futureGM" or even something like "Iknowbball", but what I think I've settled with is something along the lines of "Siouxboyisamoron".

I like "FutureGM." That's funny. It's far better than BasetballMan.

Is Siouxboy Native Lakotan? ... just sayin'.
 
All I know is I'm pretty frickin pumped that I've got a post named after me. Not even guys like Ghost get that kind of treatment around here.
