The Basketball Times releases an update every 5 years of the best programs of the past decade (yes I know why not the best teams of the last 5 years). No surprise that Duke is ranked #1. Some might say that Kentucky deserves to be higher but they had a year or two where they didn't make the tournament at all so that knocks them down.
They also rank the top coaches. It's no surprise that Izzo is #1. The Davidson coach might surprise some people but Bob McKillop has been incredibly top flight. People remember the Stephen Curry years but he's been good before and he's good now again at Davidson, really good.
