Wow...that's the one guy I felt could keep the train going there. Also pushes Paul Rhoads name into the fray more IMO
not with the BA comments about offensive philosophy. though, isn't Rhoads a defensive guy? can't remember.
Paul Rhoads was one of the hottest coaching names in the country last season before signing an extension with Iowa State. It may take a lot to pry Rhoads away from from the Cyclones, but Wisconsin may be the ideal opportunity."Badgers HC opening piques interest of Paul Rhoads at Iowa State," a source told Jeff Potrykus of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
Another top candidate is NFL assistant Darrell Bevell. Bevell's ties to the school as a former player along with a strong NFL coaching pedigree make him an intriguing option. Wisconsin has yet to reach out to Bevell according to Danny O'Neil of Seattle Times.

It won't be long before Iowa State is paying $1million per win..kind of like Iowa did this year.Thinking Pollard is counting his dimes and nickels right now to see how much more he can pay Rhoads.

Nebraska's Bo Pelini may be the next high profile coach Tennessee pursues."Sources told Volquest late Wednesday night that Pelini had reached out to some to express interest in the Tennessee job," the website reported.
Pelini was believed to be a frontrunner for the Arkansas opening until the program's 70-31 loss to Wisconsin. Rumblings of Pelini's interest in returning to the SEC have persisted for quite some time. He may be the next candidate on Tennessee's radar.
Who isn't laughing at the guy with an alt named NottiBoy?You guys laughed at me yesterday when I said Sconnie would go after Rhoads.
Nobody wants a coach who doesn't play to win, has a ludicrous contract, and has no balls? Not even an offer? Oh yea I forgot "he's comfortable". Me so sad.
