Ball State tickets available through Iowa ticket office

I just got an email (I believe all season ticket holders got it) that said Ball State did not use all of their allotment, so the U of I has tickets available for that game. $55 for adults, $25 for youth.

Figured I would share this info with those of you who do not have season tix and wanted to get to a game.

It says now on the website no events available. Do ya think they are sold out already?
 
Does that make sense? Not that I care. I think I might have two I need to sell but why limit it to just people who already have tickets?

Absolutely makes sense. The ticket office is going to obviously offer tickets to those that spend the $ to buy them in the first place. If they dont sell out they will go on sale to the public.
 
I was also thinking the game was actually this weekend for some dumb reason.....and that doesn't make any sense! ha my bad.

I don't know if they would do it this way every year. Remember, we had twice as many season ticket applications as there were tickets available. So they gave a lot of people the 2 or 3 game packages. This gives the people who only got packages (I'm assuming that people with enough priority points got full season tickets) a chance to go to another game. In a normal year they might sell them to the public from the start?
 
I'm a season ticket holder and just picked some up this morning. It's all up and running.

Just be sure to sign-in to your account FIRST.

Once you log in, the tickets for the Ball State game show up on your screen. I got two tickets for our boys. They were disappointed that we were unable to get them tickets to a game. This will make them happy!

Glad it worked out for you guys! Did you not get the email from the ticket office?

Yeah, I got the email around 3:30 Monday and I told some friends. I told them they needed to make a decision quickly. They told me they wanted in last night, so I jumped on the website and it only gave me singles. So I called the ticket office this AM and she said they sold them all out yesterday.
 
I'm sorry you got shut out. I thank you for posting. I called as well and they said could sell only to season tic holders right now. I fortunately had a friend call and was able to score me 4 together in sec 109. My family is ecstatic so thanks.

That is awesome, and exactly why I posted! I will still be there. Just won't be able to take any more people on top of the three I am already taking. Not a huge deal. Enjoy the game!
