B10 Division Alignment Question

I've been reading alot of articles and opinions about division alignments. Not one article I've read mentions Iowa going to a more 'Eastern Geographic' division in kind of a swap with Penn State going in a 'Western Geographic' division. Does anyone forsee a scenario like that to even out the division splits?
