Austin Vier's Career is Over

Marc Morehouse sent out this Tweet, which was retweeted by HR.com. Follow it to a post on HawkeyeReport and there's a copy of a letter that was sent out saying Vier will be put on medical hardship. This means he can still have a full academic scholarship, but he can't play football anymore.

Yeah I read that else where but still sad to see a kid get hurt that bad this early in life. Not sure he will would have contributed a whole lot with the stable of TE's we have but he was athletic enough to reach the field somehow but now starts a new chapter in his life. Good luck AV!
