Athletic Director Malpractice

Teams have bad games, coaches, too. I wish it didn't happen, but it does, even to Iowa (too much sometimes, I think). But, this game should never have happened. Not an original thought - but there is no upside to this game, none, zero x infinity.

Maybe it was a $500,000 kiss to his alma mater, not sure, but there is no way Barta should have scheduled this game. Even Delany tried to bail him out of this mess a couple of years ago when he said no more FCS games. Barta should have used that as a reason to drop them; heck, pay them $1 million to not show up - even more dough for his ol' Bison.

Because teams have bad games, take the opponent too lightly, whatever - this is precisely why these games should not be scheduled. If you could sue an AD for malpractice, scheduling this game should be a slam dunk case. We should all get $5 concession stand vouchers for the rest of the season - it's the least that could be done.

Not gonna lie, kinda pissed me off where I read Gene Taylors wife said she was wearing a neutral gold shirt and his daughter, who is an NDSU student, wore all Bison. I get it, especially the daughter, but dont advertise it in a newspaper article. At least they didnt allow the daughter in the suites, which is where Im sure she thought she was going.

One more reason Barta needs to go when we fall flat on our faces this year. If we go 7-5 I guess Barta needs to take the heat since he has our coach tied up until 2084 with a 6 billion dollar buyout.
