Lick won't be the only one. The same five or six others who keep making excuses for Lick will be trying to spin it also.

I think some will point to mini lick only getting six minutes as a sign of improvement and a reason to give big lick another 3 years to completely flush the program down the toilet...this is how 15-20 year down spells start.
