No. As a boss you wouldn't want to hire a person that wanted your job badly to work under you and if you wanted the job badly it would probably be pretty awkward working for the person who did get the job. If Forbes wants to be the head man some day he needs to get head experience somewhere else, I don't ever know of a time that Iowa hired one of their assistants to be the head.
