I have to say that I was generally impressed with last nights game. The final score doesn't really tell you the whole story. Sure we lost but we had the lead or were tied for a better part of 23 minutes in last nights game. (6:43 in 1st half to 2:50 remaining in the game).

Have we turned the corner? God I hope so. Based on the overall composition of the last 5 games, I'd like to think so.

What must we do to continue this improvement? Get more depth and we must retain every player on this years roster. No more re-do's, no more excuses, no more transfers.

I think everyone played to their capabilities last night. I can't remember the last time we were in it, truly in it, with under 3:00 to go in the game. We weren't in the MSU game in my opinion, we nailed a couple of 3s in the last few minutes that prevented a double digit loss and we scared them with under 1:00 to go but that was about it.

More depth next year and I think we've got ourselves a contender for top half of the Big10 and an outside shot at the NCAAs. I hate to use the word outside shot but that seems to be what this team is all about.

I liked the assists, I liked the RBs, I liked TOs, I didn't like the shooting %. The shooting % needs to improve. I think we do this by running a better offense, I still can't understand what we are trying to do half the time.

I'm not jumping on the bandwagon yet but I certainly like what I have seen.
