Given the events of this past weekend. Who do you have playing in the National Championship game?
I would like to see Oregon and Boise State.
Oklahoma proved they are human.
Auburn has taken some really good strides, but I see them losing to Alabama.
TCU is a great team, but not good enough to be in the BCS championship.
They have a challenge with Utah coming up.
Utah same as TCU, just not there schedule wise. (Other than TCU)
Michigan State is a good solid football team, but I don't think they are good enough to make it to the NC Game. I think your going to see a loss to Iowa in Iowa City. MSU is up against a re-dedicated Iowa squad that feels like they left one out there this past week against Wisconsin.
Oregon is a scoring machine, their defense is servicable, they will simply outscore their opponents from here on out. They have a couple games that could derail their season USC and the in-state rival Oregon State. I see Oregon winning out.
Boise State is deserving they haven't lost in like forever. They have Nevada left on their schedule. I don't see them losing either.
Making the BCS Championship Game will prove or disprove the pundits point about Boise being a product of their schedule. Most experts believe a Boise State team in a major BCS conference would struggle week after week to be this good. If they indeed make the NC game and lose convincingly then I would say that question is answered. If they hang in and actually win then I suppose they are a team that deserves the benefit of the doubt.
Alabama probably the second best team in the nation, however the loss to South Carolina is just going to be bad enough to keep them out.
The rest of the teams aren't Championship material.
