Army and Navy, rivalin' in style

To drum up more interest in a rivalry that's lost a lot of luster outside of the military culture, Army and Navy are breaking ranks from the traditional, unadorned look for a set of new "Enforcer" unis, shown here as "Intergalactic Warrior Emerges From the Shadows":

Army broke these All camo's out this weekend.


Army was gung ho for an actual combat motif in a 29-7 win over the Virginia Military Institute





I would love to see Iowa get in the mix. Virginia Tech went Gladiator Uni versus Boise State and I thought it look very cool.


Nike will meet the formidable demands of both the 21st Century gladiator/athlete and its own stockholders with an alternative "system of dress" for 10 select schools.

Definitely. These combat and other alternate uniforms are the worst thing in college football. Worse than the BCS. Worse than the SEC. Worse than cheating. Everything.
