Who's making the trip to this one? The old man said he was interested in making the drive down so hopefully I'll be seeing the Hawks win in the hot desert sun (actually it'll probably be a night game but whatever). Just looked up their stadium and it looks like it only seats in the upper 50's so I wonder how many Iowa fans will be able to pack the place.

I have a feeling Iowa fans that purchased tickets to the Fiesta Bowl changed the date for this game.

I didn't make the mistake but I was looking into flights lastnight. Looking to head out on the 16th returning on the 20th. Going to head out early and stay late to play some golf...

My wife and I are going. She has a friend that lives about hour-ish away from the game, so we'll be staying with them. Gonna drive out a few days early, and leave a few days later. Should be a good time! Here's hoping for a night game!!

I'm assuming it will considering daytime highs in Tucson in September run into the mid 90's.

An historic stadium that sits in the heart of the city, Arizona Stadium stands as a testament to the
history and continuing tradition of Arizona football. Built in 1928 with only 7,000 seats located on the west side between the end zones, the stadium has grown into a 56,000+ seat facility that combines old style charm with modern conveniences. It's quite simply a great place to play and watch a game.

The wife and I are probably going. I was in Tucson for a wedding last year and I loved it. I want to hike in the Catalinas, eat tex mex, drink some tasty drinks, and watch the hawks win!

We are going to try to make the trip. A good excuse to fly down and visit family in the area. It also happens to be one of the spots my wife and I are looking at in our 5 year relocation plan.

Conveniently, we have a second home in Tucson so we'll most definitely be there, along with all of our Tucson friends (that we are converting into Hawkeye fans btw) and others we're dragging down from Iowa City.

My wife's niece and nephew live in Tucson, so we're using the game as an excuse for a family reunion of sorts. There will be 8-10 of us going out.

Average temps for September are in the low to mid 80's. Sounds great right now!
