I have never expected much out of Archie. However, there is something about that interview that has me intrigued. I think he definitely has the right attitude. Work hard, expend energy around the hoop, swat at balls and dunk on the break.

I'm with you here CAAR. Hopefully this is how Fran is successful, he takes the kids, lets them know their roles, and lets them excel at them. Don't take a square peg, and try to pound it into a round hole. IE, don't ask Archie to score 10 pts a night.....

Yeah, just have him watch films of Dennis Rodman for hours and hours. And by that, I mean films of Rodman playing. Leave the other films out of it.
