Apathy and attendance is the only thing that will bring change

I respect Kirk, he seems to be of high character - a good role model for the State of Iowa.

If you don't like his coaching style, staff or whatever there is only one way to force a change. Stop attending games.

Steve Alford was driven out over fan apathy and falling attendance. So, stop complaining - just stop going to games.

I normally go to 3 games each year. This year I went to the Northwestern game but I won't be going to any more games this year and I have no intentions of going to any games next year at all...... it really just hasn't been very fun for some time now. Even games we have won recently have been more about the other teams failure rather than our success.

I'm done.

People still need to go to the games. They can be mad, but showing support for guys who fight is important.

Made me sick how bad Carver got and I was not a fan of Alford at all.

Filling the stadium means that the coach and everything else stays the same... none of this will change as long as we sell out every game

Unless the fans start calling for KF to go. Stop the booster donations, if you're one of them then quit giving and let it be known you'll give again when KF is gone. If not then convince your rich booster friends and family to tighten their wallets until we bring in Mike Stoops* (or somebody else)

I am not a KF apologist, but I can't advocate this......if you want change Barta has to man up. It is really that simple.

Not going to the games to change the coaching staff is nonsense. It's not the way we loyal Hawkeye fans react to adversity. I've been going to Iowa games since 1946 when I was a freshman in high school and I've lived through more losing seasons than many of you have been alive! Some constructive criticsm is OK but boycotting games is not the Hawkeye way!

Only the money will motivate change. If the seats are filled nothing is broke.....why make any change?
