Didn't see it posted anywhere but looks like Iowa came in at #41 in the first AP poll of the year. A little lower than I thought but not too surprising. Indiana at #15 makes me laugh.

Iowa should be in the top 25 and ahead of Indiana for sure. 4 starters back from an NCAA tournament team, come on.

You would think. We will need players to step up. I know the first game there may have been some rust, but Woody has got to be a man among boys this year or an under class-man needs to step up because we need a strong presence under the basket to help pull back the opponents defense and open up some open shots for our shooters. Gabe's shot blocking ability on defense will be missed. I would not be surprised to see more zone defense than last year especially if Woody gets in foul trouble.
