I bet he thought he would score more than two in the second half. I bet he thought he would actually try to get the ball at some point. Could have been an all time great game by Uthoff. Instead one of the emptiest 30 point performances ever, just a total no show, choke job the whole second half.

What??? 17 turnovers in 2nd half is bad guard play. Plain and simple. The point guard we have is not good against athletic teams, especially late in the game when we have leads. The other teams start to pressure him and the other players. He can't create his own shot. No one respects his penetration, because his layups go hard off the backboard or the jumps in the air hoping he can find a lane to pass it through. We need to get athletic at this position and we must not have anyone Fran feels is better. It is an awful situation for us to be in.

This team doesn't have a leader. Fran keeps letting them play thinking his seniors have it under control, or maybe he's hoping one of them will step up and lead. It's just not working, Fran needs to take control going forward in these situations because they players have shown they don't have it in them.

I know Bohannon is a good shooter, but do we think he will have the ability to point up against athletic guards? Seems like we might just be getting a better shooting version of Gesell, which would at least be better, but I'm not excited for next year.

Players respond to leadership....they always have. With the lack of leadership on the floor, Fran needs to fill this void. The sooner he realizes this, the better off we'll be...
