Anybody else know of any other teams losing 5 games by 11 points?

In college football within the last 12 years. Just wondering how often this occurs?

Should say 18, not 11.

First off, most of those game shouldn't have been that close. Secondly, no matter how you dress it up they lost to freakin MINNESOTA!

Just so you know, it was 5 losses by 18 points, not 11. Lost by 7 to Arizona, 1 to Wisconsin, 4 to Northwestern, 3 to Ohio State and 3 to Minnesota.

Also, it would be interesting to see if any other team has lost 11 games in the past 3 years (is this where you got the 11 from?) by an average of less than 4 points and never by anything more than 7.

Typo should have said 18. Still would be curious to see on that number.

And, this is no way an excuse for anything. Just wondering were we compare with other teams on this. 5 games by 18 or less points all resulting in losses.

It's amazing how many people grasp at straws in a situation like this. Trying to "bargain" to make themselves believe we still a good team....just that we had some bad luck. WE ARE A MEDIOCRE TEAM THIS YEAR.

I can understand trying to make this arguement in some instances. Like 2 years ago or even last year. But this year no. we were in a transition 2 years ago, last year we were decimated by injuries. This year, we should have been able to do much more with what we had returning. This team underachieved and doesn't get that arguement.
