There are over a dozen threads right now on GopherHole blaming the sad state of their program on the fact that they are consistently ranked near the bottom of B1G recruiting rankings and how the only teams they can consistently beat out for players are the Western Michigan's and Toledo's of the world. So I'm gonna go ahead and say no.
