I was at the game and down on the field but I didn't get involved in that. I left before it got to that point. My sister lives 5 minutes from the stadium, so I spent the night and went home the next day. Pretty sure I saw a piece of the goal post in the I-35 median on my way home.

We were ranked 3rd in the AP and Coaches polls, but 5th in the BCS. Would have been interesting to see if the committee would have picked us.

It would have been nice to have a B1G championship game that year. I think the Hawks would have taken it to OSU.
